Terms of service

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Fyng.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
• You agree that the information you provide (e.g., name, skill level) is accurate.

Fyng allows users to create and join sports games with other participants. The organizer is responsible for setting game details (time, location, fees, etc.). Participants are responsible for showing up on time and behaving respectfully. You agree not to misuse the App (for example, spam, harassment, or illegal activities).

• Some games may involve location fees or participation costs set by organizers.
• Payments for physical services (e.g., court rental) are outside of Fyng and handled directly between participants unless otherwise stated.
• Fyng does not guarantee refunds for cancelled or missed games unless explicitly stated.

Organizers may cancel games before the start time. If you cannot attend a game, you should leave the game or notify participants in time. Repeated no-shows or frequent cancellations may lead to suspension of your account.

Fyng is a matchmaking tool; we are not responsible for user behavior during games. You are solely responsible for your safety when meeting other users. Users must treat others with respect, follow facility rules, and act responsibly.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms,
• Misuse the App, or
• Engage in harmful, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

You may delete your account at any time through the App.

Fyng provides a platform to connect players but does not organize, supervise, or monitor games. We are not liable for injuries, damages, disputes, or losses arising from use of the App or participation in games. Use Fyng at your own risk.

Your use of Fyng is also governed by our Privacy policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and handle your data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new Terms. When we make material changes, we will attempt to notify users in advance via the App or email.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of The Netherlands, unless otherwise required by local law.
