Terms of service

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Fyng.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
• You agree that the information you provide (e.g., name, skill level) is accurate.

Fyng allows users to create and join sports games with other participants. The organizer is responsible for setting game details (time, location, fees, etc.). Participants are responsible for showing up on time and behaving respectfully. You agree not to misuse the App (for example, spam, harassment, or illegal activities).

• Organizers may set a registration fee that participants must pay before joining a game.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Mollie. By making a payment, you agree to Mollie's terms of service.
• Collected registration fees are held by Fyng until the organizer manually requests a payout. Payouts are transferred to the organizer's registered bank account within 72 hours of the request.
• Fyng is not responsible for errors in bank account details provided by the organizer. It is the organizer's responsibility to ensure their payout details are correct.
• Fyng does not guarantee refunds for cancelled or missed games unless explicitly stated in the cancellation policy below.

If an organizer cancels a game, participants who have paid a registration fee are entitled to a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of the cancellation.

If a participant wishes to cancel their spot, any eligible refund is processed automatically in accordance with our Cancellation policy.

If you cannot attend a game, you should notify the organizer via the in-app chat and cancel your spot in time. Repeated no-shows or frequent cancellations may lead to suspension of your account.

Fyng is a matchmaking tool; we are not responsible for user behavior during games. You are solely responsible for your safety when meeting other users. Users must treat others with respect, follow facility rules, and act responsibly.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms,
• Misuse the App, or
• Engage in harmful, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

You may delete your account at any time through the App.

Fyng provides a platform to connect players but does not organize, supervise, or monitor games. We are not liable for injuries, damages, disputes, or losses arising from use of the App or participation in games. Use Fyng at your own risk.

Your use of Fyng is also governed by our Privacy policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and handle your data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new Terms. When we make material changes, we will attempt to notify users in advance via the App or email.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of The Netherlands, unless otherwise required by local law.
